This petition has been filed to substitute the petitioner as 7th respondent in the place of the deceased respondent No.6 viz.,Dr.H.B.N. Shetty in W.P. No.10806 of 2011.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and this Court being satisfied with the same, this W.M.P. is ordered by substituting Kalyanam as the 7th respondent in the place of the deceased respondent No.6 viz., Dr.H.B.N. Shetty in W.P. No.10806 of 2011.

4.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the main writ petition.
