ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to dispose of the respresentation of the petitioner dated 23.08.2022.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

The petitioner made a representation on 23.08.2022 with a request to measure the petitioner's land to an extent of 18.52 cents bearing Patta No.229, comprised in Survey No.345 situated at Mangadu-B Village, Kundrathur Taluk, Kanchipuram District, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and having regard to the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without going into merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.08.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any other interested parties within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order
