This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 38 days in filing the appeal against the judgment in CC.No.106 of 2016 dated 23.04.2024 passed by the Judicial Magistrate-1, Chengalpattu.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 38 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
