ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 02.03.2020, for the offences punishable under Sections 9(m) r/w 10 of POCSO Act, 2012, in connection with Crime No.200 of 2020, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail.

2. Considering the said submission and on perusal of the materials, it is seen that on NBW was issued against the petitioner on 23.12.2024 and it was executed on 21.03.2025, after a lapse of four months.

3. It is seen from the records that in this case only two more witnesses are to be examined. The respondent police registered the FIR and the investigation is in progress. The case is posted for examination of witnesses on 31.07.2025. The case is of the year 2020 and now the case has been penultimate stage.

4. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 29.07.2025 dna To:
