ORDER

This petition is filed to transfer the investigation from the file of the first respondent to second respondent, pending in Crime No.8 of 2021, dated 13.02.2021 for further investigation, on the ground that the commission of the offence took place in the year 2021 and till date, the respondents-Police had not filed the charge-sheet and without any reason, they are delaying the conclusion of the investigation. However, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation is over and charge-sheet has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate-II, Chengalpattu on 08.07.2025 in LTN20230001427C202500016. In view of the same, this petition is dismissed, however, the petitioner is at liberty if he is so aggrieved with the filing of the charge-sheet, to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. 22.07.2025 cs 2 / 4
