O R D E R

The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records in respect of the FIR registered by the first respondent herein in Crime No.374 of 2015 and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.374 of 2015, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.II, Kancheepuram and the same was taken on file as P.R.C.No.2 of 2016.

3. Since charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No.374 of 2015, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
