When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reported that the matter has been settled between the parties by entering into a deed of compromise on 08.02.2020, consequent to which, C.M.A. No.297 of 2010 filed against HMOP.No.297 of 2010 seeking divorce was allowed on 19.02.2020 and hence, he sought permission of this court to withdraw this criminal revision case. In this regard, he has also filed a memo dated 27.02.2020 before this Court. 2.Recording the aforesaid submissions and memo filed by the petitioner, this criminal revision case stands dismissed as withdrawn.
