ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the respondents 1 and 2 from interfering with civil disputes between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent, by considering his representation dated 03.09.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that there was a dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent. Due to which, the 1st petitioner lodged a complaint before the District Judge, Coimbatore, on 04.07.2022. Simultaneously, the 1st petitioner lodged a complaint before the 2nd respondent. Instead of taking action on the same, the respondent police received a complaint from the 3rd respondent and started interfering with the civil disputes between the parties. Hence, the present Writ Petition, to forbear the respondents 1 and 2 from interfering with the civil disputes

between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the 3rd respondent - Senthil Kumar gave a complaint against the petitioners on 24.07.2022 and on the same Current Paper enquiry is conducted and it is now pending. 4.I have considered the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

5.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court directs the 2nd respondent - the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Coimbatore District, to conduct enquiry upon the complaint given by the petitioner on 04.07.2022 as well as the complaint given by the 3rd respondent before the Superintendent of Police, on 19.05.2022 and complete the investigation, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, without harassing the parties.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
