Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition on the petitioner on 23/12/2020 made in Crl.M.P.No.8646/2020 in Crl.O.P.No.17115/2020 dated 05/11/2020 in H-1 Washermenpet Police Station, Chennai in Crime no.5112/2020 viz., the second petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 A.M. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MANIMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8646 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.17115 of 2021 on 23.12.2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
