ORDER
This petition is filed to direct the respondents-Police to conduct further investigation considering the representation dated 20.05.2025 in Crime No.77 of 2024, dated 29.04.2024 and file the final report/charge-sheet within a stipulated time.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that despite the complaint 1 / 3
given against the named person, they have not completed the investigation. There was no progress in the investigation. Hence, this petition is filed for the above prayer.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the father of the petitioner has committed suicide and thereafter, after investigation, they found out that they have closed the complaint. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to approach the Magistrate on serving the RCS notice and the learned Magistrate is directed to send the notice to the petitioner on RCS report filed by the respondents-Police in Crime No.77 of 2024 and on receipt of the notice, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
