The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to the respondent to register the case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 16.02.2016 and to investigate the matter and to file a final report u/s.173(2) Cr.P.C. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that already the case has been registered in Crime No.48 of 2016 for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of I.P.C.
