CRIME NO.1106 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20381/2021 dated 29.10.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.VIJAYAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20381 of 2021 on 29.10.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly once i.e., on Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. -sd/- 15/12/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
