ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to Directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 21st June 2024.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that originally the subject property is belonging to the first respondent. The petitioners have approached the first respondent for demolition of the building and a new structure. The second respondents are directed the petitioners to get NOC from the first respondent. The petitioners jointly made a representation to the first respondent on 21.06.2024 which was not considered by the first respondent till date. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 2/4

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed by the first respondent within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 06.09.2024 rli M.DHANDAPANI, J.
