JUDGMENT

When the case came up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the Appellant and the Respondents sought permission of this Court to dismiss the Appeal Suit as settled out of Court and also filed a joint memo reporting that the subject matter of the dispute had been amicably settled between the parties. The Joint memo is recorded.

2. Considering the request and joint memo filed by the learned Counsel for the Appellant and the Respondents, this Appeal Suit is dismissed as settled out of Court. The entire Court fee to be refunded to the Appellant in the Appeal Suit.
