This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this court in Crl.O.P.No.21348 of 2022 dated 06.09.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition for the past 23 days.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.
4. Taking into consideration that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court for the past 23 days, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21348 of 2022 dated 06.09.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, once in a week i.e., on Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 30.09.2022 msm https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
