The petition has been filed to relax the condition Para 7(b) that imposed on the petitioners shall report before the CBCID, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.18463 of 2022 dated 30.08.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition without any deviation.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioners are complying with the condition without any deviation, the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the CBCID, Chennai, is totally relaxed.
