These miscellaneous petitions have been filed to dispense with the production of the certified copies of the orders dated 13.09.2024 in RCP.Nos.80 and 94 of 2023 by the Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Chennai.

Perusing the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and being satisfied with the same, these miscellaneous petitions are ordered on condition that the certified copies of the orders shall be produced as and when it is made ready.
