This petition is filed seeking modification of the order passed by this Court dated 19.09.2022 in C.M.P.No.15917 of 2022 in C.R.P.(NPD).No.2938 of 2022.

2. This Court at the time of granting interim stay as a condition directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- to the credit of second respondent, within a period of six weeks from the date of order namely 19.09.2022. The order passed by this Court is a self contained one with default clause. It is specifically mentioned that in case of failure to deposit the amount as stipulated, the interim stay stand automatically vacated. Therefore, the modification sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered now.
