2. Mr.M.Kalyanasundaram, learned Senior Counsel for Mr.R.Vasudevan appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5 submitted that he has no serious objection in allowing this Restoration Petition.

Considering the averments made in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, being satisfied with the same and taking into the fact that the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 has no serious objection in allowing this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
