The petitioner has challenged the notice dated 17.07.2003 issued under Section 13 (2) of Securitisation and reconstruction of Financial Assets and enforcement of Security Interest Act 2002.

2. Though, this writ petition filed in the year 2003, the petitioner has not taken any steps for serving notice to the respondents till date, even after lapse of 15 years. Today, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and as well as for the second respondent.

3. Since, this writ petition is pending for more than 15 years, this has become infructuous. Hence, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous, Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
