This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for records pertaining to Crime No.530 of 2022, pending on the file of Sub-Inspector of Police, B1 Dharmapuri Police Station, Dharmapuri District and quash the same.
2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners did not commit any offences as alleged in the impugned FIR. Without any base, the respondent Police registered a case as against the petitioners in Crime No.530 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 143 & 341 of IPC. Hence they prayed to quash the same. 3.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that investigation has been completed and on completion of the investigation, the respondent Police has decided to drop the action. 2/4
4. Perused the materials available on record.
5. In view of the above observation, this petition to quash the FIR in Crime No. 530 of 2022 disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
