] Similar applications have been filed by the same petitioners in C.M.P.Nos.12209 to 12211 of 2017 and this Court has allowed these applications by an order dated 21.12.2022. In view of the fact that the petitioners have already been brought on record as legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent, namely S.Rajeshwari, in A.S.No.432 of 1999, this Court finds that these petitions are not necessary. 2.Therefore, these petitions are closed.
