This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 10.07.2019 made in I.A.No.68 of 2019 in O.S.No.34 of 2019 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Dharapuram.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel 1/3

appearing for the petitioner would submit that the main suit itself has been dismissed for default and therefore nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the same subject to restoration of the suit. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
