This Petition has been filed to grant extension of time for a further period of four weeks for the purpose of complying with the order of this Court made in Crl.MP.No.7966 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.10944 of 2023 dated 26.06.2023.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Petition, the prayer sought for by the Petitioner deserves to be considered in his favour.

3.Accordingly, time is extended till 18.09.2023 for the Petitioner to comply with the order of this Court made in Crl.MP.No.7966 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.10944 of 2023 dated 26.06.2023., failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled without any further extension.
