2. This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to complete the inquiry pending in CSR No.109 of 2024 within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
3. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to complete the enquiry in CSR No.109 of 2024, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
