ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records of 5th respondent in his proceedings Mu.Mu.No.32465/W6/20/99 dated 20.12.2005 and quash the same and consequently direct 2nd and 3rd respondents to alter the date of birth of the petitioner as 12.01.1960 instead of 13.01.1958.

2. The petitioner retired on superannuation and has given a letter to the respondents for withdrawal of the writ petition. A copy of the letter dated 08.10.2020 has been produced before this Court by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5.

3. Considering the copy of the letter given by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
