Today, when the case was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the applicants has produced four demand drafts drawn in favour of the first respondent for a sum of Rs.10.30 crores as was directed to be paid by this Court by its Order dated 27.09.2023. 2. The amounts were to be paid on or before 18.10.2023.

3. The learned counsel for the first and second respondents submits that there is a delay and therefore, these applications have to be dismissed.

4. Since the applicants have produced the Demand Drafts, these Applications are allowed. The payment/receipt of the amount is without prejudice to the rights of the respondents. All the issues are left open to be decided during the course of final hearing.

5. Registry is directed to number the petition in Arb.O.P.Sr.No.384 of 2017 and list the same on 15.11.2023 for hearing. The respondents shall keep their Counter Affidavit ready for being filed in the Court. 18.10.2023 arb 2/3
