O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to defreeze the bank account of the petitioner maintained with the second respondent bank.

2. Heard Mr.T.Mohan, learned Senior Counsel appearing for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for first respondent.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the bank account of the petitioner was freezed on 20.06.2023 in the course of investigation in Crime No.10 of 2022. The same was also intimated to the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate on the very next day i.e. on 21.06.2023. Therefore, it was contended that the mandate u/s.102 Cr.P.C. has been complied with.

4. In the light of the above submission, no further orders can be passed in this petition. It is left open to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the concerned Court and work out her remedy. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
