ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent would state that pending this revision, the petitioner and the respondent settled the issue before the Mediation. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent filed a Joint compromise Memo dated 30.04.2025 duly signed by the parties and their respective counsel. Hence, the learned counsel appearing for both sides submitted that the Criminal revision may be disposed of in terms of the Joint Memorandum of Compromise.

2. The Joint Memorandum of Compromise filed by the parties dated 30.04.2025 is taken on record. Accordingly, this Criming Revision Case is disposed of in terms of the Joint Memorandum of Compromise filed by the

parties. The Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 30.04.2025 shall form part of the decree.

3. Since, the matter has been settled, the complaint given by the defacto complainant is dismissed as settled and the accused is acquitted.
