The wife has filed the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.50 of 2020 filed by the husband for dissolution of marriage on the file of the Family Court, Mannargudi, Thiruvarur to the Subordinate Court, Pattukkottai, Tanjore District.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the transfer being allowed.

3.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. H.M.O.P.No.50 of 2020 pending on the file of the Family Court, Mannargudi, Thiruvarur, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Pattukkottai, Tanjore District.

No costs.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
