ORDER
This petition has been filed for a direction, directing the first respondent to execute the Non-bailable Warrant issued as against the second respondent in C.C.No.38 of 2013 dated 19.01.2014, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Alandur, Chennai.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after issuance of Non-bailable Warrant, the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent/accused have recalled the Non-bailable Warrant before the concerned Court on 27.11.2017 itself, and therefore, no warrant is pending on the file of the first respondent.
3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
