PRAYER: Civil Revision Petitions filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the learned District Munsif, Sholingur, to dispose of the original suit in O.S.No. 43 of 2015 on the file of District Munsiff, Sholingur, expeditiously within a stipulated time. *** For Petitioners : Mr. P.R.Thiruneelakandan

O R D E R

Considering the scope of the prayer sought for, notice to the respondents is deemed unnecessary.

2. The petitioner seeks an early disposal of the suit in O.S.No. 43 of 2015 on the file of District Munsif, Sholingur.

3. From the E-court extract which has been produced it is seen that the suit is in part heard state.Examination of PW-1 is in progress.

4. Considering the age of the petitioners, there will be a direction to the District Munsif Court, Sholingur, to dispose of the suit within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5. With the above said direction, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
