ORDER

This contempt petition is against the order in W.P.No.26825 of 2012, dated 16.03.2016.

2.In terms of the direction issued on 22.03.2019, Mr.G.Rajalingam, Senior Revenue Inspector, Taluk Office, Hosur, is present in Court, who has submitted a report along with annexures.

3.It is the submission of the officer that compensation amount for all the other land owners has been disbursed and so far as the petitioner is concerned, he does not have any land and the officer has given a statement to the said effect before the Tahsildar, Hosur and a photostat copy of the statement has been enclosed. 4.In the light of the above, this contempt petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies in accordance with law. No costs.
