O R D E R

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned State Counsel submits that an amount of Rs.4,33,742/- has been paid in full and final settlement towards the claim of the petitioner, in terms of the order which is the subject matter of the present contempt petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a dispute with regard to the quantum of the amount paid to the petitioner.

3. In that regard, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum for claiming any amount in excess of what has already been paid, if so entitled.

4.
