ORDER

The petitioners have come forward with this petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records relating to S.C.No.07 of 2016 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Thiruvallur District and quash the same. 2.Today (25.02.2016), the petitioners, the second respondent and their respective counsel were present before this Court and their identification is also verified by this Court. The second respondent would submit that since the matter has been compromised between them, he has no objection for quashing the proceedings in S.C.No.07 of 2016 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Thiruvallur District.

3.Recording the submission made by the second respondent, the entire proceedings in S.C.No.07 of 2016 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Thiruvallur District in respect of the petitioners is hereby quashed and this Criminal Original Petition is allowed accordingly.
