This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police once in a week i.e.,on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.12906 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.15076 of 2023 dated 29.08.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
