DHANABAL, J Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complied with the earlier order passed by this Court dated 25.06.2024 without fail.

2.Considering the above submission made by him and also considering that the nature of offences, this Court modifies the condition imposed against him in Para No.6(b) of the order dated 25.06.2024 is as follows:- "that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police alternative Saturdays at 10.30 a.m. for three months"

3.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
