This petition has been filed seeking for direction to the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.34 of 2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Amaravathy Police station, Thiruppur District to CBCID, Thiruppur District or some police officer.

The learned Counsel for Government(Crl Side) on instructions submitted that the case was investigated and closed as "further action dropped" .

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is dismissed by giving liberty to the petitioner to file a protest https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
