The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 11.07.2022.

2. In respect of property at Survey No.220/8, 120/7, 121/1C at Nachipalayam Village, Tiruppur District, the petitioner in order to get separate patta from the joint patta already been issued had given an application by way of representation on 11.07.2022. In order to consider the said application to seek for a writ of mandamus, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard Mr.H.Manojin, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.N.Senthil Selvi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

4. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents would submit that, as per the procedure in vogue application has to be submitted through online to the respondent/Tahsildar and if such an application is filed by the petitioner, that would be considered within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

5. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition and having regard to the said submission made by the learned 2/4

Government Advocate for the respondents, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order: That the petitioner shall make an application to the 2nd respondent/Tahsildar through online within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the 2nd respondent/Tahsildar is hereby directed to consider the said application and pass orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such application.
