This petition has been filed to modify the condition to execute separate bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- in Crl.O.P.No.16167 of 2023 dated 24.07.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that, petitioners are not able to find surety for executing bond of Rs.25,000/-. Thus, he seeks to modify this condition.

3. In the said circumstances, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that, the petitioners shall execute separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is modified.

It is made clear that, other conditions remain the same.
