This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that to report before the Respondent police daily at 10.30 am and for the period of two weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders in the order dated 13.04.2023 in Crl.OP.No.7338 of 2023.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court .

3.Considering the said submission, the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court in the order dated 13.04.2023 in Crl.OP.No.7338 of 2023 is alone modified to the effect that the Petitioners shall report before the Respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
