This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners should report before the Respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.7852 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7040 of 2023 dated 14.06.2023.

2. Heard. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, it is made clear that, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
