Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the revision petitioners submitted that the DVC.No.60 of 2020 filed by the respondent/wife against the revision petitioners herein before the learned

Additional Mahila Court (Judicial Magistrate), Salem, had been dismissed as withdrawn as settled out of Court and therefore, the relief sought for by the revision petitioners in this Revision has now become infructuous and to that effect, he has also produced a xerox copy of the E-Court status dated 31.01.2023.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioners, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous as settled out of Court. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
