The petitioners have filed this criminal miscellaneous petitions to relax the condition that, petitioners shall report before the respondent on every 1st Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. Heard both sides.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, petitioners have complied the order only one Saturday.
Investigation in these cases are not completed.
4. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners. Accordingly, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed.
