.. Respondents Prayer in all the W.Ps:- Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to issue possession certificate as per petitioners representations dated 20.08.2016 respectively.

For Respondents : Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel in all the W.Ps.

Additional Government Pleader - - - - - C O M M O N O R D E R The writ petitions have been filed seeking a Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider Petitioners' representations dated 20.08.2016 respectively for issuance of possession certificate.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the request of the petitioners for issuance https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of possession certificate, in spite of producing all the necessary documents, has been kept pending.

3. Today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representations of the petitioners dated 20.08.2016, will be considered if all the necessary documents are produced.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are ready to produce all the necessary documents before the respondents. The learned counsel also seeks a direction to the respondents to pass orders within a time frame.

5. In view of the above, this Court without going into the merits of the representation of the petitioners dated 20.08.2016 respectively, directs the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioners on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders as expeditiously as possible and not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitions are disposed of accordingly. No costs.
