The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking extension of time to surrender before the Principal District and Sessions Judge (Special Court for SC/ST Act) at Tiruvannamalai as per the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26511 of 2022 dated 02.11.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3.This Court has perused the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

4. A period of ten (10) days time from today is granted to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26511 of 2022 dated 02.11.2022. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
