ORDER

This petition is filed by the accused seeking direction to the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.3 of 2023. The petitioner herein faces accusation of receiving bribe money and is said to have been trapped 1/3

by the investigating agency.

2.Given the fact in a case of trap, the burden is essentially on the accused to prove his innocence, it amazes this Court that the prosecution should take inordinate time for filing the final report.

3.The learned prosecutor informs the Court that it is in the process of getting appropriate approval from the Government.
