This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8105 of 2023 dated 07.06.2023 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 2 weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that charge sheet has been filed and the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8105 of 2023 dated 07.06.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the committal Court on every hearing dates on receipt of summons.
