This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.13749 of 2023 dated 21.06.2023 to report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.13749 of 2023 dated 21.06.2023 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate on receipt of summons.
