C.M.P.No.8618 of 2023 in S.A.No.343 of 2018 P.B.BALAJI, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 361 days in representing the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions in C.M.P.Sr.Nos.65529 & 65530 of 2019, which are the applications to bring on records the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant and set aside the abatement.

Mr.Thangasivan, the learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objection in allowing this petition.

3. Considering the reasons that have been set out in the affidavit and having been satisfied with the same, this petition is allowed, as prayed for and the delay of 361 days in representing the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions in C.M.P.Sr.Nos.65529 & 65530 of 2019 is condoned.
